Milestones.
Our journey began humbly in 2009 as a real estate and owner-operated development company. With a focus on creating bespoke properties, we laid the foundation for what would become a pioneering future journey.
In 2019, we broke ground in Ubud for our flagship K-Club project, a true embodiment of barefoot luxury. This iconic development features 30 villas, 11 glamping tents, a restaurant, a jungle pool, and a spa, all set against the lush Ubud landscape.
By 2022, K-Club had expanded its portfolio to include over 60 exquisite villas and apartments, 11 luxurious glamping tents, a restaurant, a pool club, and a spa. These properties are strategically located in Bali's most sought-after areas, including Berawa, Pererenan, Cemagi, Ubud, and other prestigious locations. In the same year, K-Club also acquired Sardine, a renowned venue in Seminyak, which became Indonesia's first restaurant on the blockchain.
In 2024, K-Club expanded with the creation of Le Bleu in Nusa Dua. Built from the ground up, this beachfront property stands proudly on the pristine shores of Nusa Dua, continuing our legacy of excellence and barefoot luxury.
K-Club has garnered several prestigious awards, including the Travelers' Choice Awards from TripAdvisor in 2022, 2023, and 2024 across multiple venues. We have also been recognized globally with the Best Luxury Jungle Resort Spa, Best Luxury Destination Spa in Southern Asia, Best Luxury Couples Spa, and the 2024 CNN Award for Service Excellence.
