Chef Suniardana’s story with K Club is one of meteoric and passionate growth. Joining as Sous Chef at Akar in March 2022, his raw talent and strategic vision saw him promoted within six months to Head Chef for the group's ambitious Ubud expansion. Today, after four years of relentless creation, he orchestrates the culinary identity of the entire K Club Group portfolio, including the iconic Akar, Sardine, and Le Bleu.

"Each dish I create is a narrative. It is a celebration of local culture and the essence of Bali, elevated by that subtle French touch that refines every flavor," says Chef Suniardana. "My vision was to take Balinese spices and merge them with the precision, elegance, and gastronomy of French techniques."
