For now, we do not have halal certificate, due we have pork dish on the menu, but don’t worry, we use separate silvers to prepare it

Yes, we do have some choice for gluten free dishes. Our chef will more than happy to custom the menu based on your preference.
Do you accept group reservations at Akar Restaurant, and is there a minimum number of guests required?
Yes we do accept group for dinner at our restaurant. there's no minimum number of guest for group. But pleased to inform you that we have 2 area which you could reserve for your group dinner .
1st floor : maximum people we could fit is 90 pax
2nd floor : maximum people we could fit is 50 pax
Are there any special arrangements or packages available for large groups?
If you would love to reserve for large group, we do have set menu or package for it. Our Event Manager will more than happy to assist you on this .
What are the operating hours of Sardine?
Monday- Sunday 12.00 - 00.00 -Last order kitchen monday-thursday at 22.30 pm and friday- saturday 23.00 pm also sunday at 22.30 pm
Is there a dress code for diners?
Please be advised that Restaurant dress code is smart casual (no flip-flop, no singlets)
Do you recommend making reservations in advance?

Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the reservation time, and bookings with a deposit are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed.

Outdoor seating is available, but tables are not specifically assigned. Requests can be noted, and decisions will be made based on availability upon arrival.
Can large groups be accommodated, and do you offer private dining options?
For groups larger than 4 people, a deposit is required.
For groups larger than 6 people in the main dining area, there are two time sections available: 18:00 and 21:00.
It's recommended for large groups to pre-order from the à la carte menu or take advantage of provided set menus to avoid service delays.
What is the entrance fee?
There is no specific entrance fee. Instead, we have a minimum spend requirement of IDR 500,000++ per person. This amount ensures access to the facilities and services.

Female and Male therapist is available at Mekar spa, most of our spa therapist are female.
What time shall I arrive?
To enhance your Spa experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the commencement of your treatment.
What should I wear to a spa?
Please come with the most comfortable attire, because prior the treatment we will provide bathrobe, disposable underwear and slipper.
Where should I keep my jewelry during the treatment?
For your safety and comfort, We would recommend you to keep your jewelry and valuable thing in the villa.
Should I make spa reservation earlier?
Yes, we would recommend to make spa reservation in advance. It will be easier to arrange your booking according to your time preference.
Should I eat before a massage?
We would recommend you do not eat before having spa treatments. If you are hungry, you could maybe have a small snack such as some fruit. If you eat, you will feel discomfort during the treatment
Should I have shower before a treatment?
Yes, to make you feel more comfortable, It would be very good if you have the shower before the treatment.
Can I consume alcohol before a spa treatment?
To enjoy the treatment and for your comfort, consume alcohol before the treatment is not recommended.
Should I talk during my treatment?
Our therapist will try to minimize the conversation with our guest. But if you have any questions regarding your treatment, please feel free to ask your therapist.
How long after my treatment can I stay in the room?
Sometime our booking is very tight and other guest will use the room. You may use our relaxation area at the reception where you can sit and relax while you enjoy ginger tea and chocolate
Can I use my mobile phone during the treatment?
We kindly ask that mobile phone usage is kept at a minimum and at a respectful level of sound.” We would suggest to put your mobile phone in silence mode.
Do I really need to drink water?
Yes, this is very important as you need to help your body flush out the toxins released during the treatment.
Should I give a tip after the treatment?
As regulated by government, 10% service charge will be added bill. However, if you would like to giving a tip for therapists is always appreciated.
Is the tax and service including on the rate?
No it is not, the price is subject to 21% tax and services
What if I come late for my appointment?
Arriving late will affecting your treatment duration and also your overall spa experience. It may require us to shorten duration of the treatment.
What music is play during the treatment?
Before you starting the treatment, you will be suggested to choose your music preference. There as 4 choices of music will be provided “Piano for Sleeping, Relaxing, Meditation and Your own music”
Do you receive Credit Card for Payment?
Yes. we do, for the payment we accept all major credit card such as: Visa, Master, Amex JCB also Debit Card.
Can we pay via transfer link?
Yes certainly, we will provide the link to settle the payment
Can I have treatment in the villa?
Yes certainly, but the service is limited to body massage and foot treatment.
If I am sunburnt, can I still have a spa treatment
It is depending on the condition of your skin, some treatments are not recommended but we do have treatment that designed for sunburn. You may discuss with our team upon arrival.
What is the best time to have spa treatment
It is definitely according to your time preference. However, our most favorite time is in the afternoon.
What if I have special health concerns?
Prior the commencement of your treatment you will be requested to fill the consultation form. Please notify if you have special health concern, any physical ailments or disabilities using any medications or have had recent surgery, or if you are pregnant. The spa therapist will go through with it and give you the suggestion before the treatment.
What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours prior the commencement of your treatment. Full price will be charged for all late cancellations or no shows. Re-scheduling the treatment will be subject to space availability.
Do you have Airport Transfer service?
Yes, we do offer Airport Transfer services. Please note that there is an additional charge applied, and the fee is based on the number of passengers.
Do you have TWIN bed?
All our beds are king size. We do not have twin beds available.
Until what age the child can sharing bed?
Children up to the age of 5 years old are allowed to share a bed. Please be aware of this policy when making arrangements for your stay.
Do you have extrabed?
Extrabed is available maximum 1 unit per villa can be set up with surcharge at IDR 1,500,000 net/bed/night inclusive breakfast

Do you have different types of tents with varying capacities?
The maximum capacity of our Kanva is designed for 2 adults only. Please note that for safety reasons, children under 17 years old are not allowed.
Is it possible to request an extra bed in the tent?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate an extra bed in the Kanva. The space is optimized for two adults, ensuring a cozy and intimate experience.
Is there a restaurant or are meals provided in the package?
We offer a special Kanva package that includes breakfast and a massage for two guests. This package provides a delightful culinary experience along with relaxation amenities.
Is breakfast served in the tent, a communal area, or a designated dining space?
For breakfast, guests have the option to enjoy their meal either in the comfort of their Kanva or at our Akar restaurant, providing flexibility to suit individual preferences.
